Leo Macias is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Noad

With over 30 years of global experience in advertising, entertainment, and the tech industry, Leo has led creative teams at top agencies including Ogilvy, Havas, Publicis, DDB, and Laundry Service, and held global marketing leadership roles at Amazon and Snap Inc.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across countries, languages, and cultures—earning, alongside them, more than 200 international awards, including Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, Latin Grammy, Effies, and London International Awards, One Show Festival, ADC, D&AD, to name a few. He has also served as a jury member and speaker at many of the world’s most prestigious advertising and innovation festivals, including Cannes Lions (twice), Clio Awards, The One Show, Effie Awards, SXSW, Brand Week Istanbul, and Moscow Digital Conference, among others.

Recognized for his unconventional thinking, Leo blends creativity, strategy, art, technology, and cultural insight to develop ideas that generate real impact. He was nominated Creative Person of the Year by both the prestigious Campaign Magazine US and Caboré Awards in Brazil. By founding Noad, he built a creative thinking studio dedicated to delivering solutions that go beyond traditional advertising—ideas that connect brands and people without relying on conventional media formats.
